This evening President Obama will deliver his State of the Union speech. For the first time he gives this important speech as sitting President.

 

It will be interesting to watch him - and the response.

 

Particularly since Obama is beginning to experience the number 16/7 this month. This number will be active for him personally throughout Next year in 2011.

 

Why is 16/7 important for his Presidency?

 

President Obama was elected on November 4, 2008, a date which adds up to 16/7. So 16 is one of the important frequencies  in setting the tone for this term.

 

And January 2010 is the first time Obama is experiencing the number 16/7 personally since his election.

 

Since 16/7 symbolizes surprises, Obama's Presidency will definitely experience more twists and turns than usual. Like the election earlier this month of Senator-elect Brown in Massachusetts.

 

Furthermore, since today is the 27^th, a number which reduces to 9, he activates the 16/7 even more. That's because anytime you add 9 to a number, the end result is the same 'root' number. Adding 9 to Obama's 16 Personal Month results in 25. So he's having a 25/7 Personal Day today, a number which ALSO reduces to 7.

 

What this means is that the President will feel more isolated during his speech than last year.

 

He must go deeply, to the core of what the nation is feeling. 7 represents wisdom, so his speech has to show he is has complete knowledge about the current climate and understands how to proceed.

 

This means presenting some tough choices. Not easy for any President.

 

The numbers for today indicate that he may feel isolated as a result of tonight's speech.

 

Since Obama is in a 15 Personal Year - which reduces to 6 - the main topics in 2010 are all related to home, family and health.

 

There's good news for Obama as well.

 

His Double 7 cycle today is in harmony with his number 1 Destiny number. This shows the base of support for his Presidency will be strong tonight.

I get asked this question a lot - Can you predict your future with numerology?

 

Here's my answer.

 

Your personal year, month and day numbers give a forecast of the major themes and trends you will be experiencing in the future.

 

This goes for countries and businesses as well. Let's look at a couple of examples.

 

The U.S. is in a 22/4 Personal Year in 2009. Since 4 is a major number in the birth blueprint for America - having been born on the 4^th - it's an especially potent year.

 

During number 4 cycles you are asked to organize, plan, be responsible, focus on finances and health, and work harder than usual.

 

The flipside of 4 cycles is obstruction, failure, health and work challenges.

 

So it's not surprising that, on the front-burner so far this year for the U.S. have been jobs, the economy and health care.

 

Now let's look at how cycles have affected President Obama.

 

The forecast for his Personal Year in 2009 is unexpected changes, important pivotal decisions, the media spotlight and travel. His 5 Year is a tipping point, because 5 lies right in the middle of numbers 1-9.

 

During the year he'll feel disoriented and wonder which direction to take. At the same time he has great powers to communicate through the media and sell his ideas, since 5 represents both.

 

You could say that this year has been a roller coaster ride for President Obama so far. His decisions on another bailout earlier this year, the healthcare plan, his up and down direction in the polls as well as his many appearances in the media ALL tie into his 5 Personal Year.

 

Since he's the leader of the U.S. it's also important to look at BOTH their cycles together.

 

With a 4 personal year for the U.S. and his own 5 cycle you can see why President Obama is dealing with major decisions about responsibility and planning in Afghanistan, the unpredictability of the Iran nuclear situation as well as healthcare and loss of jobs at home.

 

Notice how the themes for both numbers 4 and 5 cycles are activated in these events.

 

So what about 2010? Change will be one of the big keywords next year.

 

Here's a tip for you. Every October you can get a glimpse into some of the themes you may experience the following year. This is because, in October of the previous year you experience the same 'root number' as the upcoming year.

 

For example, looking back at October 2008, an 11 Universal Month, we had the big billyion banker bailout, also known as the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008. It was enacted on October 3, 2008. 

 

In 2009, an 11 Universal Year, the economy has been on the front pages all year. So that banker bailout last October forecast one of the major themes of 2009.

 

Now let's look at October 2009. So far the major events have been escalating tension with Iran as well as several huge earthquakes in Indonesia and the South Pacific, with the Philippines being hit by both hurricanes and earthquakes.

 

Those events forecast themes for 2010.

Today President Obama is being introduced to the world. As I'm writing this, Michelle and Barack Obama are meeting with Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace.

Has anyone else noticed, this important G20 meeting with the top heads of state kicks off on April Fool's Day?

As a numerologist I take note of significant dates. Today is no exception.

And what I found is that President Obama in particular is having some major numbers activated. Especially the vibrations connected to his new life as President.

Look at these amazing connections.

April 1, 2009 adds up to a 16/7 Universal Day.

Barack Obama was elected President on 11.4.2008 - ALSO a 16/7 Universal Date.

'President Obama', the current name he received on Inauguration Day, adds up to 52/7.

That caught my attention. Today activates both the day Obama became President AND the new name he took on as a result.

Amazingly Obama is having a 28/1 Personal Day today which activates his 1 Destiny - signifying leadership and a 'go it alone', independent attitude.

So in many ways, it's a great day for him to be introduced to the rest of the G20 leaders and the Queen.

I want to look a little more closely at the 16/7.

16/7 signifies major unexpected changes. It indicates the possibility of sudden challenging events. When I see this kind of number in relation to a country, such as the U.S. - and a major meeting of heads of state - it leaves an impression.

This vibration also indicates a stronger possibility for a rift between certain factions of the G20 leaders.

On the other hand, today's 16/7 launch date gives the G20 leaders the opportunity to take a deep breath. 7 will always ask for wisdom. It demands that you access your intuition for answers - not to overanalyze. 7 wants you to breathe.

A lot to ask for, maybe. But good to remember, especially in the midst of a crisis. Otherwise an overwhelming feeling can take over.

President Obama captured a large Internet audience to build a grass-roots movement to help him win the presidency. He was able to raise a huge amount of campaign funds using the same medium.

Today, he's using the same online network to speak with Americans. He had his first Presidential Online Town Hall an hour ago.

It's an interesting tactic we usually only see during campaigns. Now, he's the first President take the media to a new level. Which seems appropriate during an age were people feel empowered by voting on shows like American Idol and Dancing With the Stars.

President Obama understands that his magnetic power is magnified when he allows his audience to feel part of the process.

Today, prior to his Internet Town Hall broadcast, 3.4 million questions were received and 104,000 questions were selected. Imagine.

Today also happens to be a very powerful day for the President.

Barack Obama is in a 23/5 Personal Year cycle in 2009, so it's not surprising he's changing how a President talks to the Media. 5 is the number related to communication with the public.

President Franklin D. Roosevelt was another President who used the media to his advantage when he introduced his televised 'Fireside Chats.' No wonder. His was the 32nd Presidency - 32 reduces to 5 - and his Life Purpose Number is 23/5. So he understood how to communicate.

There was another number active for Obama today. President Obama is the 44th President. This is a powerful, and fateful, number. The power comes from the 8 in 44/8. His name 'Barack Obama' is also an 8.
 
Here's how the 8 was activated for him today.

Obama is currently in a 26/8 Personal Month. And today is the 26th of March - a major double activation of his presidency and his power.

Finally, he's having a 34/7 Personal Day - a number which activates his new current name 'President Obama' - a 43/7.

So all facets of his new life as President are lit up on today's date.

And since his 2009 will emphasize the media and unexpected events for him personally, expect President Obama to remain very visible online, on radio and on TV for the rest of the year.

Numbers can pop up in other amazing ways. Like a reader pointed out to me this morning.

As I'm writing this President Obama is about to announce his plan for withdrawing troops from Iraq.

I wanted to see how today's date tied into the President's personal cycles.

I believe he may be amending his withdrawal plan in the future. I see one particular number being activated for Obama in a major way today. This number is significant because it connects directly to his new name - 'President Obama.'

February 2009 is a 25/7 Personal Month for the President. And today he has a 34/7 Personal Day. This is significant. Since 'President Obama' adds up to 52/7 in the ancient Chaldean numerology system I use for your current name.

So today his new name is being doubly activated. Let's look more closely at this number.

The 7 indicates he's connecting with people on a deeper level than just politics. 'President Obama' is viewed by many in the same way a religious leader might be.

7 gives him an air of mystical and spiritual power. He is seen as wise and thoughtful.

The number 52 preceding the 7 is more complex. 52 indicates the possibility of upheaval. It's clear, and this number confirms - President Obama has entered his first term during very challenging times.

When it comes to leaders and countries I look for patterns. I never just rely on one number alone though. Many influences create trends and events. Connecting all the dots is vitally important for any numerologist. My motto is always to 'follow the numbers.'

So I note that President Obama was elected on a 16/7 Day. As President he held his first news conference on February 9 - again a 25/7 Month and 34/7 Personal Day for him.

I also took note when his first major bill as President amounted to 787 billion - which adds up to 25/7.

President Obama's 52/7 carries a meaning. That meaning gets activated when 7s appear in his daily life. In many ways these early events in his Presidency illuminate the many daunting challenges this young leader is faced with.

Yet, it does not have to be this way. And that is the good news.

Being unplugged from the news was refreshing. Now Claire is back in school, after seven days at home so I'm tuning back in.

I noticed this morning that Barack Obama has a Big speech tonight. The State of the Nation.

Wouldn't you know it - today is a 31/4 Personal Day for Obama. The President was born on the 4th. The U.S. was also born on the 4th. AND '2009 is a 22/4 Personal Year for the U.S. That's a lot of 4s being activated tonight and throughout 2009.

Let's look more closely at this number's meaning and then check how it's been very active for America already this year.

The number 4 covers many issues bubbling to the surface right now. Borders, for one. 4 symbolizes the square and represents your home, buildings, and boundaries.

In the creation story, the earth was formed on the 4th day. So all earthly things are represented by this number. When a person or country are in a 4 cycle, security and work issues will be on the forefront.

This number is also called the 'creative builder.'

So during 4 cycles a country or person is asked to be patient, industrious and to save.

Law and order are also in the forefront. Watch for more stories on law-breakers like Made-off and Allen Stanford. Also watch for the government wanting to establish order.

Finally, 4 actually symbolizes the government of a country. This means government will be a big story this year. Is there too much of it. Or do people want more government control. Either way policies and policy makers will be under the microscope.

President Obama's 31/4 Personal Day on his State of the Union speech means two things. On the one hand he'll feel invigorated because two of the main numbers in his Blueprint are activated.

On the other hand - fateful events are associated when numbers 4 and 8 are activated in relation to someone's blueprint and his or her current personal cycles. Like they are for both the President and the country he leads.

When this happens over and over again, I take notice.

For example, notice that the Stimulus Bill was passed on February 13th - a 4 Day. Then, President Obama signed it on the 17th, an 8 Day.

Finally, the stimulus bill totals 787 billion. Add those three digits and you get - 22 which reduces to 4. Remember the U.S. is in a 22/4 Personal Year in 2009. And President Obama is the 44th President.

I could go even further into this fascinating recipe of numbers right now.

But what's really MOST important is that You are taken care of. One of the easiest ways to support your life by making sure you have a Fortunate Name.

The effect of a fortunate current name is Never to be underestimated.

As I was watching the Inauguration of President Obama yesterday, I heard about the delay in Hillary Clinton's confirmation.

I discovered some fascinating numbers behind the delay.

First I want to congratulate President Obama, First Lady Michelle Obama, Sasha and Malia - our new first family. I wish the best for the four of them as they embark on their new lives.

He stepped into the Oval Office for the first time at 8:35am, which reduces to 16/7. The same number as Election Day. It also ties directly into his new name 'President Obama', a 52/7 name.

Now to Hillary Clinton. At this moment the Senate is considering her nomination for Secretary of State. Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, objected to the confirmation yesterday, preventing the Senate from voting by unanimous consent. So today the Senate is holding a roll call vote on Clinton's nomination.

Two things jumped out at me. Today, the day she will get confirmed, is the 21st - a wonderful number for Hillary. Her Life Purpose is a 3, her Soul Number is a 3 and her Personality is a 3.

3 is the most important number in her Personal Numerology Blueprint.

Furthermore, her Destiny number is a 6. And 3-6-9 form a trilogy. Wouldn't you know it but today is also 6 Personal Day for Hillary.

This means her Destiny is being activated on a perfect day for her.

As for the delay, she's in a Personal Year of 20/2. 2 cycles can cause delays, so I always tell my clients to be patient.

Interestingly 2 also means she'll be communicating and creating new relationships - it is the number of the diplomat. Again a good fit for her new role as Secretary of State, the premier foreign policy position.

Finally, I have to go back to Hillary Clinton's current name, a 44/8.

Along with the power and abundance signified by number 8, this is a name number that causes challenges. Overcoming obstacles is not a foreign concept to her.

If Clinton took out just one of the Ls in Hilary, her name would add up to 41/5, one of the most fortunate numbers anyone could have.

It's why I always say, if you do only ONE thing, be sure your current name is fortunate.

TV, the internet, your cell phone, even movie theaters are streaming live. People will be communicating about the event across the internet. No Wonder - 1.20.2009 adds up to the Media Number - 14/5.

And 5 is about change. A tipping point in time. Adventure, risk and unexpected events.

What's more, look at these other extraordinary double digit Master Numbers. They are ALL activated with President Obama's arrival at the White House.

His is the 56th Inaugural - 56/11.

President  Obama will be the 44th President.

He will be working with the 111th Congress.

2009 is an 11 Universal Year.

Obama's Life Purpose is 11.

Michelle Obama's Life Purpose is 11.

That is a large amount of Master Numbers. Notice the many 11s and the 111th Congress.

Since 11 is a gateway into the unknown, and represents Light, we can expect decisions which lead to darkness or light.

The darkness occurs when there is division. This is why 11 looks like a gateway. Walk through the two pillars, and you will transcend your fears.

If anything the 11 asks us to stop blaming and judging others causing more division. Rather we are to compromise, allow our differences to live side by side and, most importantly, focus on our own words and actions.

The other number, 44/8 plays a role as well.

On Saturday I was reminded that Michelle Obama's Birthday is on Jan. 17th. Both she and Barack Obama have 17/8 current names. That's the 'Immortality' number, ensuring they are leaving a legacy behind. Amazingly, Obama's 44th Presidency also reduces to 8.

Plus Inauguration Day is a 26/8 Personal Day for President Obama. That's a lot of 8s. They indicate leadership and gaining strength by overcoming major hurdles. Many great athletes thrive on this number. 8 also has a fateful quality.

Then there's his new current name 'President Obama' - a challenging 52/7 in the ancient Chaldean system.

No doubt he's entering the arena having to solve a major economic crisis. Yet these new numbers indicate upcoming events may be challenging as well. President Obama will have to tap into his immense intuitive powers indicated in his 11 Life Purpose.

Finally, today is Martin Luther King Day. It's fitting to remember that Barack Obama gave his acceptance speech on August 28, 2008. The anniversary of MLK's 'I Have A Dream' speech.

Look at the many 1s activated here. The 28th was a 1 Day. For Obama it was a 1 Personal Day tying into his 1 Destiny. And 2008 was a 1 Universal Year.

Additionally, King and Obama share the 1 and 11, which are mirrored in reverse in their blueprints.

All these 1s tell a story. 1 represents Beginnings.  It is a highly original number. 1 is independent and self-confident, strong-willed and diplomatic. The flipside of 1 is abuse of power, indecisiveness, loss and selfishness.

Interestingly, Inauguration Day in the United States always takes place in the 1st month of the year. And elections in the 11th month.

Inauguration Day tomorrow will be an historic event. One the history books will remember forever.

Very fitting for the new first lady and her husband. After all, both Michelle and Barack Obama have 'Immortality' names.

When the California earthquake drill involving over 5 million people was announced on Thursday, no one had any idea what was coming next.

Fires began burning that evening in Montecito near Santa Barbara destroying hundreds of homes. Hurricane force winds whipped up more fires in Southern California. All within hours of the drill for the 'Big One.'

November 13, 2008, the kickoff date, gave us two numbers of change and sudden events - a 13/4 Day and a 16/7 Date. Both numbers reflect the exact message of such a possible major disaster.

Then, since Thursday, high winds started fanning fires from Santa Barbara to Anaheim. They have scorched approximately 35,000 acres.

Altogether more than 700 homes have been lost. That number itself connects to the 16/7 date that 11.13.2008 adds up to.

13/4 and 16/7 are directly connected to Election Day which took place on a 4 Day and added up to a 16/7 date. Again, this is a message, a CLUE that the next four years may have a greater share of dramatic events.

Interestingly enough, today Obama and McCain are meeting for the first time since the election.

It is November 17. Both 'John McCain' and 'Barack Obama' have 17/8 current names. This 'Immortality' number means both will be remembered.

With Obama it's perfectly clear why his name will be cemented in history. McCain may be remembered for his Vietnam captivity. More likely his claim to fame is having run, and lost, against the first African American President-elect in U.S. history.

The meeting today falls on a date significant to both men on another personal level as well.

John McCain is in a 31/4 Personal Month and 12/3 Personal Day. These numbers tie into his Destiny and his 12/3 Personality - the Victim Number. So McCain is being reminded today, in a face to face meeting with the victor, that his Destiny fell victim to Obama during the election.

Compare that to Barack Obama who is having a 32/5 Personal Day.

32/5 is the Life Purpose Number for the U.S. AND the Destiny Number 'America' resonates to.

Amazingly, here is the winner of the election, soon to be 'President Obama' with the magical 32/5 activated on a day he meets with the politician he defeated whose 'Victim' number is in force today. Fascinating.

These two examples showcase how planning important events on certain dates have an effect on the outcome.

Unexpected events on certain dates also give clues.

Like this morning's announcement that Dallas Mavericks' owner billyonaire Mark Cuban is being charged with insider trading.

First of all, 17 reduces to 8, the number of abundance and power.

Secondly, his current name 'Mark Cuban' adds up to 17/8.

Thirdly, today is a 31/4 Personal Month for Cuban, indicating fateful events. PLUS Cuban was born on the 31st. Numbers 4 and 8 are magnetically connected.

Mark Cuban's 17/8 name helped him build a legacy and amass a fortune. However, since he's born on a 4 Day, he's activating the 4 and 8 fateful connection as well. With this recipe it was only a matter of time before Mark Cuban would be sidetracked by a challenging event.

Knowing your personal numbers is key to helping you make big and small decisions. Like planning trips, medical procedures, social functions, and business events on dates that are helpful, not challenging, to you.

Also, never underestimate the importance of a great current name. YOU are in control of the name you are using right now. Make sure it is fortunate.

I lived in Southern California for 15 years. Luckily I was not in Santa Monica during the Northridge Quake in 1994.

But a new friend of mine here in Sedona, Arizona was living very close to Northridge at the time. In fact, she told us on Tuesday that she moved shortly after the quake which demolished her home.

I was born and raised in Virginia. Then I moved to London. Earthquakes were a foreign concept to me.

So when I felt my first tremblor, a moderate early morning 5.0 quake, it did freak me out. If you've never felt one, it's hard to explain what it feels like when the ground you're standing on is moving. I was on edge for a few days thereafter. I also learned about aftershocks.

So when I heard today that California was preparing for the 'Big One' with an unprecedented drill, I took note.

5 million residents are participating in the 'mock earthquake' today - from school children to churches, hospitals, local and state government, businesses and residents.

When this kind of a big planned event is scheduled, I pay attention to the date.

Today is November 13, 2008. This gives us a 13/4 Day. 13 is a fateful number signifying transformation - releasing the past to make room for the future. In other words, a death of the old is necessary to birth something new.

The number 4 also represents grounding, architecture and order. 4 is very connected to the earth and all things physical. People with 4s are very earthy and many of them love feng shui and gardening, architecture and using their hands.

Amazingly today's whole date today adds up to 16/7. This is also a number of change. Sudden change.

Now, both these numbers. 13/4 and 16/7 are directly connected to Election Day which took place on a 4 Day and added up to a 16/7 date as well.

Keep in mind Barack Obama's new name 'President Obama' also adds up to a 7 - the 52/7. He is born on the 4th, was elected on the 4th and the U.S. celebrates a birthday on the 4th.

As you can imagine, when it comes to your name, I don't usually recommend it adds up to 13/4, unless the person is highly unusual, an out-of-the-box thinker, and thrives on originality. Then I let him or her know there'll be challenges that go along with this 'genius number.' Most people decide to stay away.

16/7 is never recommended as a name number. It indicates sudden shifts just like in earthquakes.

An easy way to learn about your name, and make sure it doesn't add up to a challenging number, is to get your 'Is My Name Fortunate' report.

The U.S. has a new President. The first African American President in history. It feels like a destined event. His new numbers reflect this as well.

First, congratulations go out to President-elect Barack Obama. Beginning on January 20, 2009 he will be known as 'President Obama.'

More on his new name in a moment. First let's look at some previous U.S. Presidents.

Keep in mind, when a Senator, Representative or President takes on a temporary current name, his or her other name still remains active.

'President Kennedy' and 'President Lincoln' considered two of our greatest Presidents had the Same Presidential name number - 10. What makes this interesting is that 10 symbolizes Instant Manifestation, good or bad. Indicating these two men were able to manifest their ideas more rapidly than other Presidents.

Lincoln was the 16th President and Kennedy the 35th President. These are very, very challenging numbers.

Especially since 'Abraham Lincoln' adds up to 16, doubling the influence of this number. The same goes for John F. Kennedy's whose name added up to 26/8 doubling up the 35/8 number of his presidency.

Now, what's important is that the 35/8 Kennedy Presidency is reflected again in the new Obama Presidency. He is now the 44th President of the United States. Obama ALSO has a 8 current name, just like Kennedy. So that's one part of his fateful and powerful recipe.

'President Bush' adds up to the fateful 53/8. Both father and son led the U.S. into war.

The current President Bush is also the 43rd President of the United States. And that brings up the second important numbers' recipe. A number which ties Bush in a strange way to 'President Obama.'

Let's look at the current 43rd President. 43/7 was considered by the ancients as unfortunate. 43 is symbolized by the tendency toward revolution, upheaval, strife and conflict - even war. This can often indicate a life filled with obstacles, even failure and disappointment. Consider where Bush finds himself now as he's about to leave office. His approval ratings are dismal.

So the second part of the recipe for newly elected 'President Obama' is the double 7. His new name adds up to 52/7 in the ancient Chaldean system. 52/7 carries the Same meaning as 43/7. It also directly ties into Election Day - a 16/7 date.

So I predict President Obama's honeymoon will not be long. Much of this can come as a result of the mess he's left with. But these numbers forecast challenging situations to come as well.

Remember how Joe Biden, now Vice President-elect Biden, pleaded 16 days ago in Seattle to Obama supporters that they stick with the new President when he's sure to face his darkest hours? He said Obama's approval ratings would go way down because of some decisions he'll make in the wake of an upcoming 'generated crisis.'

Colin Powell and Madeleine Albright agreed. Powell even gave dates for these events. They're already telling the stories which may define Obama's Presidency.

These double 7s also explain why some Obama supporters feel he's going to save this country. They are more emotionally invested in him than any other President in recent history.

7 is aligned with wisdom, spiritual leadership and intellectual gifts. So this hope in Obama as a spiritual and political leader makes sense.

It will certainly be fascinating to watch him handle these numbers. I wish him well as he navigates his powerful new position in the world.

One thing is for sure. You don't want to test the waters with a challenging current name. It's not worth it.

The power of a fortunate name on your life is never to be underestimated.
