- This is the second of two Eclipses ruled by VENUS.
- Oct 28 is a 10/1 Universal Day, and 10.28.2023 adds up to an 18/9 Universal Date creating a new beginnings/endings shift.
Joining the Moon in Taurus is Jupiter – bringer of blessings, expansion and fortunate outcomes.
Joining the Sun in Scorpio are Mars and Mercury creating a powerful Stellium – with Mars adding extra passion as co-ruler of Scorpio.
The opposition of the Sun/Mars/Mercury Stellium to the Moon/Jupiter conjunction creates tension – the fiery energy will be seeking an expressive outlet through the frequency of Peace, Power and Truth.
